Initial notification

You’ll receive an email 3 weeks prior to being moved over to the new platform. This email will explain what is changing and include links to helpful resources and FAQs.

Your upgrade date

You’ll then receive a second email 1 week out that will provide you with the exact date of your upgrade to the new platform.

New platform is live

Once your property is upgraded to the new platform you’ll receive a final email to let you know everything is complete. You can then log in to find helpful product tours and online resources.

Will all my data, including existing channel mapping, rooms, rates and bookings stay intact?

Yes, your current configuration will remain entirely unchanged. All your existing settings, channel mappings, reservation details and other data will be in place in the new platform from the first time you log in.

How will rooms and rates change?

While your data will remain entirely unchanged, we will be changing how rooms and rates are organised in the new platform experience to make things easier for you. Today in Little Hotelier you have Room Types (like your Queen room) and your Room Rates (like Queen – Standard rate). In the new Platform experience you will have Room Types and Rate Plans as distinct entities that you can mix and match more easily.

When will the upgrade occur?

You will be notified of the exact date of your upgrade via email 7 days prior to the upgrade.

Will there be an outage?

You might not be able to log in for up to 10 minutes, however this will not affect your system. Your reservations will be processed as usual, just with a slight delay.

Do I need to do anything to be upgraded to the new platform?

No, we’ll look after everything for you. Your new platform experience will take place automatically.

Where can I get help if I need it?

You have access to extensive online guides, demo videos and help centre articles which can all be found further down this page. You will also be able to access these resources from within the new platform. If you get stuck, our friendly support team is also available 24/7 to answer any of your questions.
